Peppermint Bark

Mint is one of my favs so peppermint bark is delish! And it's another super easy holiday treat!

Peppermint Bark
9 candy canes 
1/2 Vanilla flavored Almond bark (12 oz.)

1.  Unwrap all the candy canes and put them all in a gallon size bag.  
2.  Crush the candy canes however you wish (hammer, processor etc.).  I used the good ole' fashioned hammer and crushed them to smotherines. Or let your kids do this part they will love it!
3.  Heat the almond bark 1minute at a time and stir until it is melted and is in liquid form.  Don't overheat.
4.  Pour the candy canes into the chocolate and stir until mixed.
5.  Pour onto wax paper and let completely cool and harden.
6.  Break into pieces and eat.
