Take me out to the ball game!

We have absolutely loved watching Brayden play baseball this year.  He hasn't played since 2013 and we have seen his love for the game return.   He is playing machine-pitch with our church and he looks forward to every game and practice.  I love being a boy momma and seeing him thrive in something he really enjoys!

Brayden's State Bible Drill

We are so proud of Brayden!  He joined our church's Bible Drill team mid-year after we came joined. He was a few months behind and it seemed overwhelming at first.  He studied really hard to learn his verses he was behind on and to work on some of the things they had done before he joined.  Within a few weeks he caught up and made it through the church drill, the associational drill and all the way to  STATE BIBLE DRILL and with only one mistake he finished with "State Winner Superior!"

Brayden rocks Bible Drill!

I was one PROUD momma today!

For years I have had a wish for my kids to be a part of Bible Drill and we weren't able due to us being overseas.  So when we stayed, we decided we wanted the kids to be a part of it and Brayden agreed it would be good for him.  The hard part....they started in October and we came in mid January.  So he was far behind and he had to catch up to everyone else.  

He worked HARD weekly and was able to catch up in 3 months and rocked it at the church Bible Drill today.  He advanced to the association drill next week!  I love watching my boy perform!
