Chocolate Mint Pretzels

This is one of my favorites holiday treats (or any time of the year) because it has mint and I love chocolate and mint together.  And it is SUPER easy!

Chocolate Mint Pretzels
1 bag of mint truffle hersheys kisses
1 bag of waffle pretzels (I can only find them at Kroger)
1 bag of red and green M&M's

1.  Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
2.  Lay out about (approximately) 60 waffle pretzels on an ungreased baking sheet.
3.  Unwrap (or have your children do it) the entire bag of mint kisses.
4.  Place one centered on each waffle pretzel.
5.  Put in oven for 2-3 minutes.  You want them to start getting shiny but not melt so much they lose shape.  Watch them closely...don't overheat.
6.  While the kisses are still hot, place a red or green M&M on top of each kiss.
7.   Put tray in refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.

And make sure you eat the ones that are rejects like this one....because you must make sure they are good enough to eat!
