Brayden's 1st baseball game of 2013 and a GRAND SLAM

Brayden started a new season today and we were proud to watch him play his favorite sport.  He was so excited to get his new uniform, hat and cleats and get out on the field.  All morning long he kept asking, "How much longer?  How much longer?!"

He was so proud of having daddy back home to watch his game.

So proud of this boy!

Lolli, Pop, Uncle Matt, Cousin "B" and Cousin "C" all came which made Brayden so proud!
*Cousin "B" and Cousin "C" will be blurred because they are foster children in state custody.

My boy playing 3rd he did a great job!

Lucy LOVES her Pop...seriously probably her favorite person ever.

His biggest accomplishment of the day was he made a GRAND SLAM!!!  The bases were loaded and he hit an in-field home run!

 1st to 2nd base...

Rounding second...come home, come home!

Rounding third...go home!

Home run GRAND SLAM!  That's my boy!!!! I was screaming so loud yep I am that mom!  When he came back in the dugout I was saying, "Brayden that's awesome you just made a grand slam!!!"  He said, "What's that?!" Haha  He didn't even know what he had done!

Talking to Lolli, not sure what about but was probably asking her to buy him something at the concession stand.  Hahaha keeping it real...

Cousin "B" adores Karis.  He has started calling her "momma."  She was sharing her icee with him what's not to love about her ha!

Lolli, Pop and Cousin "C"

My brother LOVES his babies!  He is such a good daddy.  My sis-in-law is in Europe for 6 weeks for part of her pharmacy residency and Matt is a trooper as a single dad.  Hurry home Tiff we miss you!

Brayden ended up having 2 games back to back so he had several great hits!

Again we know why Cousin "B" loves his cousin Karis...she shares her icee with him and then plays with him constantly.  What's not to love?!

Great day with family and love watching my boy play baseball! He got to pick where we went to eat for dinner and he chose KFC...that boy loves some fried chicken!
