Creamy nut-free fudge

Every year at Christmas we make some goodies one of them being FUDGE!  We all love it...I mean who doesn't?!?!  We got the recipe here but here it is for quick reference...

Creamy Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients
  • 1-7 or 8 oz jar marshmallow creme (I use the whole container)
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 11 1/2 oz milk chocolate morsels
  • 6 oz. semi sweet morsels
  • 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts (I don't use any nuts)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
  1. In a pan combine first 5 ingredients, and bring them to a full boil over medium neat; stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate until it melts.
  3. Stir in nuts (optional) and vanilla.
  4. Pour into aluminum foil lined 8×8 inch square pan.
  5. Chill in refrigerator until firm, about 2 hours. (I chilled overnight)
  6. Keep refrigerated.

I had lots of help making it last night....or just licking the spoons haha!

After chilling overnight, we partook today and it did not disappoint!  SOOOOO good and very easy!
