Every year at Christmas, we make Christmas goodies at Grandmother Lucy's house. It is fun to do together as a family and the results are sugar heaven!
Putting milk chocolate sandwiched between 2 ritz crackers and then later coated in white chocolate! YUM!
They were Brayden approved!!!
Peppermint bark
Melt white chocolate in microwave and mix crushed up candy canes in. Let dry and break apart.
White chocolate coated pretzel rods then rolled in crushed peppermints

This is part of the peanut side...they made 2 more things after I took this pic! Homemade chex mix, peanut butter/ritz crackers covered in chocolate, peanut butter fudge, pecan coated white chocolate pretzels
We were all on a sugar high but it was all sooooo good! Such fun memories!
I've never seen or tried the ritz sandwiches, looks yummy.
