Curtain rod hanging frames

This is my inspiration and I got it from this website...

I happened to have an old curtain rod that I wasn't using.  I bought the 8X10 frames at Dollar Tree and printed the pics for about $2.  So this cost me less than $5!

This scripture on the left...written on painted insulation that I mentioned in my last craft post.  SOOO many things you could do with this stuff!

The whole thing put together...

  2. I just did one too with the same insiration above. I am curious how far off the wall your curtain rod sits? Mine seems to come off a bit so the frames keep turning and are not straight which may drive me crazy haha. Please let me know and yours looks great.

  4. It looks like she hung them with a nail instead of a bracket so it is closer to the wall. :-) So cute!!

  11. I am also curious as to how you made these secure to the wall, and also how you attatched the ribbon to the picture frame. I have an old shower curtain I think I could pull this off with.

  12. Wondering if she just fed it through the hanger on the back of the picture...it usually is a little wider on an 8x10 frame...just a thought

  13. You might also want to consider how durable the material is while choosing your curtain rods. Make sure you choose a material of good quality and something that suits the kind of climate that you live in.
