Today we decided to take advantage of our day off and this beautiful weather while MM was over and they played outside almost all day! They played with the puppies, climbed trees, flew a kite (perfect windy day for it) and had a picnic. Then it was time to head inside for Brayden's nap and the girls watched High School Musical 3 which happens to be Karis' favorite movie these days and MM had never seen it. They didn't move a muscle the whole movie!
***DISCLAIMER: I know Karis has the most hideous outfit of the century on. This morning they asked if they could go out and then quickly she dressed herself, which she does alot these days but normally it is a much better choice than this. Oh well! Maybe they would be cuter in black and white...or maybe that wouldn't help either. OUCH!
Most of the day Karis was the one climbing and jumping out of trees and Brayden flew the Dora kite (by himself I might add...and grinned the whole time). Shouldn't it be the other way around??? Oh well, I guess Brayden is a little short to be climbing that tree by himself. In time I guess...
The only negative part of the day was that Karis got stung by a wasp but it quickly was ok. She is a trooper!
