The dreaded cold

Brayden caught a dreaded cold again...and if you know him, when he gets a cold it is not just the runny nose.  It usually causes the wheezing....asthma attacks and on to the breathing treatment for a couple of days.  Thursday night he (and I) were up most of the night doing treatments, giving medicine, whining for no apparent reason, and restlessness.  Friday he did get a little better and last night was lots better although he is not 100%.  He got behind on his sleep so you know what that is like.  He went all last night without a treatment but got up this morning and said, "Take treatment...make me breathe better."  So I gave him one.  Isn't it sad this 2 year old knows that he can't breathe and knows just the trick to make him feel better???
