School, friends, and lots of firsts...

I know, I know...it's been a while and y'all know this isn't like me so you KNOW we have been super busy.  Well that's an understatement.  Since arriving in our new country, we have become like 2 year olds and things take longer, we had to set up house, we are meeting all new people, we are walking everywhere (grocery, mall, to bus station etc.) because we don't have a car, studying HARD on language, grammar, are homeschooling (and national school).   Whew.  I haven't even been taking many pictures so you know life has been crazy.  But in the midst of craziness, GOD IS GOOD.

Some of these pics are a few weeks old but I still wanted to blog them so I will have record of it.  Lucy was sick a few weeks after we got here and we hung out for a movie night.

This is most of our spare time...language, language, language.

We loved baking and taking goodies to our neighbors...

We have tea and coffee when we are with friends....

One night a week is pizza night...it's a taste from home!!!

We got our residence permits for the next year!  This is a huge answer to prayer!!!!

We have done cooking from scratch alot....but I have had great helpers!

Our city!

Brayden got his very first hair cut ever by anyone other than me or my mom.  He loved it and they are super cheap here so I guess he will be getting more from now on!

Brayden and Karis got their school uniforms the weekend before they started school.  They were super excited!

Karis 1st day of school!

Family worship time....

Visiting our favorite restaurant here...

Celebration dinner after the first day of school...

Visiting our friends and we love their bird...

Thankful for new friends!!!!

One week down of school....

Love these little ones!

True love right here....someday this picture will mean sooooo much!

Valentines date with my love....

Family day at the mall with friends....

A "princess" at the mall......

Yea our friends bought us this lamb liver and it is one of their favorites...NOT my favorite!

Getting water has become one of our new "normals."  We can't drink the faucet water so we fill up our bottles at the neighborhood fountain weekly.

Sorry this is so jam packed and full...hopefully I can do better from here on out now that things are smoothing out a bit!  Thanks for sticking around!
